I’ve seen a lot of people using these and they all said they help, so I decided to try it and to be honest I really like this product. I instantly seen results in my skin after just one use. I think if you were to use it often it would definitely improve you’re overall skin health. I did mainly get this for red light therapy I have done done right therapy before in a tanning salon and it was amazing for my skin so to have it more accessible is awesome. I do have to try out some of the other color lights and see what benefits those have to offer but over all recommend.

I like this. I usually wash my face and put a facial oil on and then use it a little for each color setting. I haven't really noticed any help so far with wrinkles/lines, but I will say I do feel like it has tightened the under-chin neck area that I was experiencing some loose looking skin. I am definitely going to keep using it. I try to use it at least 3 times a week.
